Hello & happy Friday!

I just finished getting lunch with my mom and some great family friends at Sweet Tomatoes (aka Soup Plantation for the non-Arizonans). It’s always been one of my favorites ever since I was a kid. I love going down the buffet line and making my perfect salad, followed by multiple trips to the bakery where I load up on Mac n cheese and homemade focaccia bread. Oh, and don’t forget about the awesome ice cream!
