I saw a post today on Instagram that made me laugh and felt appropriate for today.  It said, “if everyday is a gift, i want to find out how to return Mondays”.  I never want the weekend to end.  Anyone else with me on this one?

I have had the pleasure of helping a good friend with some of her decorating for her remodeled 50s ranch style home.  It’s my favorite kind of house and they did an AMAZING job with the remodel.  I can’t wait to share the house with you, but they are waiting on final touches like counter tops and a backsplash.  They go in on Thursday so I am hoping to share the house soon!  If you follow us on instagram @junkinthetrunkvintagemarket you will see sneak peeks at the house.  Here is what I helped her with this weekend.

How amazing is this pantry?  Can you picture it with vintage locker metal baskets and labeled glass jars?  Dreamy!  I helped her stain the shelves in my favorite stain, Early American by Minwax.

Aren’t these bunk beds over the moon amazing?!?!  My friend is pregnant with her 4th boy.  So fun!

There are so many cool features in this house and I can’t wait to show you.  I also have lots of customs I am working on that I will show you.

Here is one I finished last week.  Its for a sweet girls dorm room.  Turned out great!
