Happy Valentine’s Day!!Do you guys have festive decorations up around your house? Here is a little glimpse of some of mine. Now enough buy cialis online with Valentine’s Day and on to the Old School. Ever since I moved into my apartment [read one year ago] I have wanted to put something on the empty wall in my dining room. But not having a real idea of what to put there gave me decorating paralysis – and thus it sat empty. Looking rather sad don’t you think?
A few weeks ago I found a great mirror at Savers, only problem was it was not in great shape. Besides being seriously dirty it had some pretty gnarly sticker residue on it. But the shape of the frame, and price was too good to pass by. So home with me it came.
Now had I been cool enough to own Goo Be Gone I would have used that to get the sticker gunk off, but I didn’t, and I of course didn’t want to run to the store to get just that. So I resorted to the next best thing. Nail Polish remover, it cleans up anything off of a mirror, including stray paint. After a bit of scrubbing she was nice and clean. So I took it all apart and gave the frame a nice coat of grey spray paint.
After it dried, I put it all back together and my dad hung it on the wall for me, I came to the simple conclusion that it is fantastic! I am so happy with the way it turned out. It was worth the year long wait, because it fits perfectly with the rest of my apartment, and I can’t imagine having something else hanging there.
