Made by Alamo Pottery in San Antonio, Texas between the 1940s-1950.
Standing a squat 4″ x 4″ x 2″ this cream pitcher commands a presence at the table.
Beautifully crafted and designed with an Art Deco Octagonal motif, the only undermarking is 757. This was Alamo’s indication of what the pitcher size was for this pattern.
Zero chips or cracks.
The glazing has a blueish tone over the beige ceramic. Some of the glazings appears as though it ran down the piece giving it a two-tone effect. Please see the pictures. It is simply lovely.

NOTE ON VINTAGE ITEMS:
All items sold from VINTAGEBYJEN are Vintage Items. All items will arrive in vintage used, NWT, or NWOT condition. Depending on the item, some may show wear or minor age, some may not. Some items might even be more desirable because of their distressed state. If there are noticeable defects, I will declare them, but on rare occasions, some minor defects may escape my eyes or seem irrelevant to the overall beauty of the item. What I find charming and distinctive others may not. Please review photos and read the product bios as all items are sold as-is.
Thanks for shopping VintagebyJen.
