When should I visit?

If you enjoy crowds, high energy shoppers and the pick of the BEST one of a kind vintage pieces, Saturday morning is the time for you! We caution parents with strollers and wagons that it will be more difficult to maneuver with the crowds and in the vendor booths. A baby carrier is recommended for ease of shopping in the booths. If you enjoy a more relaxing shopping experience, Saturday afternoon and Sunday would be the best for you! Our curators re-stock throughout the weekend, so you’re sure to find great JUNK all weekend long!

What should I wear?

With over 100,000 square feet of the BEST vintage and handmade shopping, you will want to wear comfortable shoes. The venue is indoors (so you can shop rain or shine!) with restrooms on site. Bring a jacket, it gets a little chilly in the large building.

What should I bring?

Bring a tote or small cart for your smaller items and cash. Most vendors take cards, but a few only take cash. ATM’s will be on site.

What happens if I purchase a large item?

We will have high school students from Young Life who are working to raise money for summer & winter camps, that will help you carry large furniture. Because of the layout of this event, we will not be offering a holding zone. If you purchase a large item, when you are ready to leave, head to the west side of the building and find the JITT Muscle staff and they will assist you in moving the furniture outside for pickup.

Will there be food?

There are several options for food on the Fairplex property. Fairground food vendors will be setup inside the building, as well as yummy food trucks outside the building!

Will it be handicap accessible?

There are many handicapped parking spaces available. We do not have wheelchairs for rent, however, the venue is easily accessible for wheelchairs if you bring your own.

Want to save $1 on your ticket?

For all tickets purchased at the gate, if you are wearing your Junk in the Trunk Vintage Apparel (hats, shirts, sweatshirts) you can save $1.

Are you a nursing mom?

Don’t worry we have you covered! On the east side of the building we will have a private space setup for you to sit and nurse those little ones.
