RETURNS / REFUNDS
Marketplace sellers are responsible to manage returns for items sold in their store. Returns or exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receipt of an item with the exception of personalized items. Items must be in their original condition with tags (if applicable) and unworn or used. To return an item, please work directly with the seller for return fulfillment and reimbursement.
When you are browsing a vendor’s products, you can find information about each vendor in the sidebar. There is a link to EMAIL VENDOR, where you can email the vendor directly! Also, visit our Vendor Directory where you can find a complete list of all our vendors! All items sold in our vendor marketplace are offered by independent vendors,
If you have specific questions about an item, you must contact that vendor directly.
Each vendor is working hard to get all orders out within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, it should arrive in 7-10 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. Due to recent circumstances and high order volumes, please expect shipping delays on your order.
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes.
All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
