Baby Benson is 16 months now and when we moved I really didn’t decorate his room. He will be out of his crib in the next 6-8 months so I am setting out to create a cozy space for him and his brothers to play and read books together that he can grow into. My comfort zone in decorating is vintage modern eclectic… yeah I made that up. I wanted something clean and different. This room will be very clean and modern. It makes me a little nervous to branch out, but it has been so fun too! I have lots of ideas and am starting to collect things, but for now I will leave you with a before picture.
I have some great pieces that will stay… the Dressers (obsessed!!!) and the crib will stay. I obviously need toy storage, and I want a cozy rug that the kids can sit and play on.
The green bear from Modern Manor and the basket on the trunk are staying and the jumping off point. I also got some great fabric to make curtains. Now I just have to do it! UGH.
I will be showing you all the progress as I go… I hope to finish in the next couple weeks after the market. Speaking of market, are you excited? I can hardly wait!!!
