Personal bio:  In my spare time I enjoy clogging social media feeds with pictures of my child, Netflix marathons, getting in arguments with strangers over the internet, and being the lead guitarist of my six year old’s band Pizza Christmas.

How did you start your business & why?  I started making resin jewelry has a hobby to keep me busy while I was caring for my husband who was undergoing cancer treatments. My own jewelry wearing began to spark people’s interests so I opened up an Etsy shop and started selling at small markets and boutiques. My little business has kept me grounded during difficult times and has provided me with both an outlet and income to care for my little family after my husband passed away. It’s success has exceeded my wildest dreams in being able to participate in the biggest markets in Arizona and ship to places all over the world.

How would you best describe your style and the items you sell?  My resin pendants are often described as vintage inspired, steampunk, and quirky interests. You can find anything from custom letter pendants, steampunk watch cog pieces, vintage inspired images, or a tribute to a beloved pizza slice.

When was your first Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market? The April 2013 market was my first JITT and I have participated in everyone of them since then. I look forward to both shows a year.

And what is your favorite part about the event? Or a favorite memory? My favorite thing about the event is interacting with other vendors. The coolest people on earth sell at this market and I love getting to know them. On top of exploring all the incredible handmade and vintage finds at all the booths. Supporting other local small businesses is my favorite thing to do.

What’s your favorite place to get away in the summer?  The beach. It’s only natural that with the last name of Beach I escape to the beach and endure sand in unmentionable places for a little relaxation.
