Personal bio: Mom of 4 including 3 teenage daughters and a 6 year old son. Born and raised in San Clemente, Ca. I love to be on the lake or in the mountains when I’m not building. I HATE driving in the dark.

How did you start your business & why? Olivewood designs was started as a monthly craft group I hosted in my home and quickly grew into a social media driven business with over 20 thousand followers. I sell monthly on Instagram via instasales, Facebook through online auctions and local vintage markets.

How would you best describe your style and the items you sell? My style is rustic elegance. I love blending chippy and distressed wood along with new ornate trim pieces on my hearts.

When was your first Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market? My first JITT was 4 years ago as a shopper and I’ve sold at the last 3 Markets.

And what is your favorite part about the event? Or a favorite memory? My favorite part of the event is meeting and interacting with thousands of my followers. It truly is such an amazing experience to put faces to the names that pop up in my feeds. My favorite JITT memory was the last event where 20-30 of the VIP shoppers came running at full speed to my booth to get the best Pickins.’  I especially loved the gal who took off her shoes and ran to us barefoot to score a beautiful jumbo heart she had her eyes on!

What’s your favorite place to get away in the summer? My favorite escape in the summer is Laguna Beach, Ca.
