I love wrapping gifts, I am not very good at it, but I love it.  I usually wait until Christmas Eve and lock myself  in my bedroom and wrap late into the night.  Anyone else wait until the last minute?  This year, however, we will be flying home from visiting family on the East Coast on Christmas Eve, so  it all has to be done before we leave.  This week, the Junk in the Trunk team thought we would give you some ideas on cute gift wrapping.  Mostly really cheap and using the things you might have laying around your house.

I had a roll of black wrapping paper I bought for a photo back drop that I never ended up using, so I grabbed that and started wrapping.  I didn’t have any tags yet, so I used my chalk marker and wrote right on the paper like a chalkboard.  I love how they turned out!

I used a trimming from the bottom of our tree to create this tag and made it look like a tree carving using sharpie.
