A.  No you may not. We will not be able to accept any vendor to participate in the Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market without having record of a sales tax license for  the city of Scottsdale.  This is not our requirement, but a requirement for the city of Scottsdale and West World.  There is the potential that city officials will walking around the event and they are liable to ask you to provide proof of a sales tax license.  So please be prepared and have your city issued license with you.
