A. Since the event is inside the tent at WestWorld, it will not be necessary to have a canopy/easy-up for shade. However if you use your canopy/easy-up as part of your setup for the event or have things that hang from the canopy/easy-up, you are allowed to use the frame. You cannot however put the top, fabric portion, on! This will be strictly enforced because it is a fire hazard. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Can I purchase additional space at the event if I am unable to get everything to fit upon arrival?
A. Unfortunately due to the nature of the size of this event we will not be able to provide any additional space to vendors beyond what you have prepurchased. If you are unable to fit all your items on the day of the event you can store them in your car and as you begin to sell items you may refill your booth.

Q. Can I sell mass produced items?
A. Any items that are mass produced will NOT be allowed to be sold at the market. This includes but is not limited to Stella & Dot, Arbonne, Mary Kay, Scentsy and Gold Canyon Candles. All vendors are hand-picked by our staff and bring a unique and creative offering. We certainly appreciate these products, however they are not a good fit for our markets. We focus on creating a vintage/handmade atmosphere for the Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market that we will not compromised.
